What is the Pumpkin Spice Latte?

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is the hot drink to kick off the autumnal season, due to its sweet aroma, its pumpkin flavour and its smooth texture. This latte is made with pumpkin syrup, coffee, milk and an assortment of spices.
- 2cl of Pumpkin Syrup
- 1 espresso of your favourite coffee beans
- 150ml of semi-skimmed milk or oat milk
- Spices (Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
- Speculoos or gingerbread crumbs
- 1 coffee maker or cafetiere
- 1 large glass
- 1 milk frother (or you can use the steam nozzle on your coffee machine)
- Step 1 Prepare the gingerbread crumbs or pieces of speculoos biscuits (according to taste)
- Step 2 Pour 2cl of syrup into a glass
- Step 3 Froth the milk and pour it into the glass
- Step 4 Make one shot of espresso, and pour it slowly on the milk foam
- Step 5 Put the garnish (gingerbread or speculoos) on top of the drink
- Step 6 You can also add whipped cream on top of your drink
