What is an Iced Coffee
Iced coffee is traditionally made with a cold infused coffee, mixed with ice cubes and milk. This drink can also be served hot with ice cubes.

Pour a double espresso, then add ice cubes to cool it down.

Once the ice cubes have cooled the double espresso, pour it into your glass and fill it with crushed ice.

In a shaker, pour the apple juice, lime juice and anise (or basil) syrup.

Add ice cubes and shake.

Pour this preparation through the sieve into your glass. That’s it, enjoy!
