WHAT IS A COLD BREW?<\/h2>\n

Cold brew <\/span><\/a>is, as the name suggests, <\/span>coffee brewed cold<\/b>. This drink is made by slowly infusing the <\/span>coffee<\/span><\/a> for a minimum of 12 hours and a<\/b> maximum of<\/b> 24 hours<\/b>. To make it, you\u2019ll need a sufficient quantity of cold water and ground coffee beans.<\/span><\/p>\n

This <\/span>coffee preparation method <\/b>is known as <\/span>“<\/b>slow coffee<\/b>“<\/b>. Thanks to this method, your coffee will be less bitter, as you avoid over-extraction. What’s more, your cold brew will contain <\/span>more caffeine<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT IS YUZU?<\/h2>\n

Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to China. It later spread to South Korea and Japan.<\/b> It is characterised by its thick, bumpy skin. In terms of taste, <\/span>yuzu can be likened to lime, yellow grapefruit and mandarin orange<\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Like these citrus fruits, <\/span>yuzu<\/span><\/a> is quite acidic. This citrus fruit is a favourite with pastry chefs and cooks the world over. <\/span>It is also a key ingredient in Japanese cuisine<\/b>.
